Hallsley market data API
Every monthly figure behind the Market Pulse plates, as JSON. No key, no signup, no rate limit beyond ordinary CDN policy. Static files regenerated on each deploy and on the monthly MLS resync, so the API and the page can never disagree.

Attribution is required
Figures come from Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVR MLS) via InfoSparks. The source, license, and attribution fields are part of every response and must be preserved if you republish the numbers. Statistics are aggregate, deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and are not an appraisal.
